Ingrid Margus (b. 1994) is an Estonian actress based in Tallinn, holding EU working permits.
She studied acting at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre from 2014 to 2018 and continued her professional training at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York (2019) and the Ivana Chubbuck Studio in Los Angeles (2023).
Ingrid has been nominated for Best Actress on Screen at the Estonian Film and Television Awards. Her film credits include Etude of Life (2025), Dr. Sander’s Sleep Cure (2024), Silencless (2021), and The Days That Confused (2016).
Her television appearances include roles in My Village (2023–2025), The Women’s War (2021–2022), Revenge Office (2019–2020), and Lõks (2018–2019). She has also appeared in several theatre productions in Estonia.
She is 169 cm tall, weighs 55 kg, and has blue eyes and brown hair. Ingrid is fluent in Estonian and English, and also speaks German, French, and Russian.
