Croatian actor Goran Bogdan is an acclaimed actor and writer. He played the lead role of Nikola in the critically acclaimed 2020 film Father (Film House Bas Celik), which premiered in the Panorama program at the Berlin International Film Festival, winning the Audience Award and the Prize of the Ecumenical Jury. He became the first Croatian actor nominated for Best Actor at the European Film Awards. Additionally, he starred in The Man Who Could Not Remain Silent, awarded Best Short Film at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival. Bogdan is well-known for his roles as Yuri in Fargo and Milan in The Last Panthers (Sky) opposite Samantha Morton. Other credits include Agape (Telefilm), Deadfish (Eurofilm), Oasis (Sense production), and Kick and Scream (Spiritus Movens), among many others.
