Sara Martinez Sanz is a Spanish actress, director, and writer born on June 4 in Valladolid, Spain. She is known for her versatile performances across film, television, and theater.
Sara began her artistic journey in dance before transitioning to acting. She graduated from Estudio Corazza para el Actor in 2016 and furthered her training internationally, attending courses in Los Angeles, London, and Rome. She co-founded La Extraña Compañía, collaborating with artists like Alba Flores and Nüll García, and established The Acting Studio Madrid, where she mentors actors in on-camera work using original scripts.
In film, Sara portrayed Isabella in Dulcinea (2019) and Lucía in the short film Dos Mil Once (2020). She also played Bea in Tarados (2019). Her directorial debut, the short film 8 de Febrero (2023), received the CSRTV Award at the CortogeniAl Festival in Puente Genil.
