Vrooom releases received undisputed critical acclaim, and various singles from these albums reached the top of all the important top ten lists in Serbia and in the West Balkan region marking Vrooom as one of the most significant electronic rock groups in Serbia. Presenting their music, Vrooom performed across Europe, playing in different concert venues – from underground clubs to big concert halls, as well as taking part in music, multimedia and theatre festivals.
1997 – present: Vrooom members created music for over 50 theatre performances (performing it live in some of them), as well as music for feature and documentary films, big events, exhibitions and performances.Some of these music and stage projects were among the most successful in Serbia both at the box office and in terms of awards received.
2014 – present: touring and playing live in music theatre projects “Dogville” (by Lars von Trier) and “Jami district” (by Minja Bogavac). Over 150 performances and 36 festival awards in Serbia,Croatia, Slovenia,Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, France, Belgium, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina and North Macedonia.
2018: a conceptual concert “Eroticism” produced.
Over the years Vrooom received many awards including “Sterija’s award for best original music in 2013.” (the most prominent Serbia award in the field of theatre), “Davorin Popovic” (regional award for the best vocal performance on an album) and “TV Metropolis Band of the year 2006.”
